    We offer you the chance to complete a dual study programme in Business Informatics. Depending on how you specialise in the practical phases (accounting, controlling, data management/data protection), you will get to know different key aspects of our company business. You’ll not only learn from finance and IT specialists, but you will also get to work with databases and develop solutions using the programming skills you have acquired.

    WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU.

    Our dual study programme combines the best of both worlds. You will acquire extensive specialist knowledge in the Business Informatics degree programme and gain valuable practical experience with us in Munich. Our 3-year block programme runs in cooperation with the Heidenheim Cooperative State University DHBW, and students graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree.
    During your studies, you will get stimulating and comprehensive insights into the finance, controlling, data and IT operations in a bank. It presents an extremely valuable opportunity for you to develop and shape your professional profile with further training, regular constructive feedback and a schedule tailored to your requirements. Every practical placement phase includes individual training with personal support from a mentor throughout the training period. You have the chance to work abroad (1-3 months) in one of our foreign branches. And we also give you the opportunity to write your Bachelor thesis in our company – enabling you to deepen your professional knowledge even further in the final year of your studies.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE.

    The ideal prerequisites for our dual study programme include an interest in data management and the world of finance as well as a strong affinity for IT. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical and mathematical ability which you can imagine using to solve technical problems in our company. You enjoy working with numbers, information and data. You show a high degree of initiative and strong organisational skills which you have ideally already demonstrated in extracurricular projects or internships. Your good Abitur (A levels) or university entrance qualifications round everything off.

    WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.

    You can expect an attractive remuneration package that includes a rental allowance for the period you attend the DHBW, in Heidenheim. We offer flexible working hours and, if necessary, mobile working. You can also look forward to a wide range of fitness and leisure activities – and 30 days' holiday. We usually offer students who have successfully completed their studies with good grades the chance to be taken on.

    In the course of your dual study programme, you will do your practical block with us at the BMW head office in Munich-Freimann. Your university studies take place at the DHBW in Heidenheim.
